How can I start earning some extra income?

It's easy to add another revenue stream to your business by sponsoring others
who might have an interest in accurate, up-to-date foreclosures. Here's how it works:
- For each subscriber you sponsor (Level 1) you will receive 6.00% of their subscription fees
as our way of saying "Thank You."
- For each subscriber that your Level 1 subscribers sponsor (Level 2) you will receive 2.00% of
their subscription fees.
- For each subscriber that your Level 2 subscribers sponsor (Level 3) you will receive 2.00% of
their subscription fees.
It's that simple!
Wait a tic... this sounds like multi-level marketing!

The primary goal of ForeclosuresMass is to provide accurate and current foreclosures online.
Due to the popularity of the site and the demand of our subscribers, however, we added an
affiliate program. This soon
expanded into a three-teir affiliate program and then transitioned into the "sponsorship"
program.
The real value to most subscribers is in the data provided. For others, the real value is
in their huge potential to refer new subscribers to the site, so this program is in place to compensate
them. In the end, it's your choice to sponsor others or not. Either way, the service is the same.
How do you know who I sponsor?

Using the Sponsor Links provided, you can add a link to your website,
e-newsletter or other promotional materials. When a user clicks the link, a cookie is set on their computer that doesn't
expire for 10 Years. This means that if you are the first person to refer someone to the site, it doesn't matter
how many other people refer them here, YOU were their original sponsor. This is of course assuming that they don't clear
out their cookies...
Either way, when they sign up, their account is flagged as being sponsored by you. When you view your Downstream you can see how many subscribers you have sponsored and what their
subscription is worth to you.
When do I get paid?

We cut sponsorship checks the first week of the first month of the quarter when you have more than
$25 pending. You should therefore expect your checks the second week in January, April, July, and October.
